What You'll Do

    As a Boat Manager at Fathom One Marine, you will oversee the maintenance and care of our clients' boats. You will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs, and ensuring that all vessels are in top condition. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with a wide variety of boats and be an integral part of their care and maintenance.
    Additionally, you will liaise with boat owners to understand their specific requirements and provide personalized care plans for their vessels. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be crucial in maintaining the safety and performance of the boats under your management.
